DELIVERY
Our team will process online orders daily except on Sundays, Public Holidays, as well as event days. Our local courier partner will have it sent to you within 1-3 working day. Please be advised that delivery will not take place during weekends or Public Holidays.
* Courier will be contacting you via phone and attempt two deliveries. 3rd and 4th delivery attempt will incur extra charge to buyer.
* No specific date / time can be allocated for delivery. Please provide alternative address if your home is unaccessible during day time.
* No change of address is permissible after order has been picked up by courier.
* By Marlena will not be responsible for any orders that is with incorrect / incomplete address.

PRIVATE LABEL
A waiting time of minimum 4-5 weeks will be required as your orders are not produced locally.
No notification will be given until the order is ready to be sent to you. Our Customer Engagement Officer will be in touch with you if we see any delay in your order.
Delivery day will be communicated to you before our team delivers to your address.

Delivery Charges
For delivery within Singapore: SGD4.50 for up to 5 abaya in one package, 1-3 days upon receiving a fulfilment email from us.
For delivery in Malaysia and Brunei and other countries: Rate will be advised to you, depending on your total order weight, not inclusive of custom taxes & duties. Orders will be delivered by our courier partner and takes 3-7 working days to arrive upon receiving a fulfilment email from us. By Marlena will not be responsible for custom taxes & duties.
By Marlena will not be responsible for any deliveries signed for at the delivery address stated in the original order. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the correct address, including unit numbers (if applicable) and contact number.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We allow exchanges due to change of mind or wrong size, within 21 days upon you receiving your package, at our Studio in 110, Victory Centre, #02-09, Geylang Lorong 23, S(388410). Appointments are required and may be booked on www.bymarlena.com. Exchanges will be based on item availability.
Cash refunds will not be permitted. Amount refunded in Gift Card will not include delivery charges.
International customers will bear the cost of shipping for exchange request(s).
Sale items are strictly non-refundable.
